No. You connect through Google OAuth, so your password is never shared with Reply Pilots. You can disconnect a location at any time.
By default, negative reviews are held for your approval instead of being posted automatically. You are notified, and you can approve, edit, or dismiss the draft. Approval behaviour is configurable per location.
Review replies are supported in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi, German, Gujarati, Marathi, and Bengali — 9 languages total. The review language is detected automatically and the reply is prepared in the matching language.
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. You add a card when you choose a plan, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Creating an account on its own does not start the trial.
