Terms of service

Built for responsible automation.

Last updated: 22 July 2026. These launch terms need legal review before paid service begins.

Service

Reply Pilots provides software that helps businesses manage connected Google Business Profile activity, including review workflows, posting, reporting, and QR review requests. The service does not guarantee search ranking, revenue, review volume, or Google platform availability.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account details, hold the required authority for every profile you connect, keep credentials secure, and use the service in compliance with Google policies and applicable law. You must not use Reply Pilots for fake reviews, incentives, review gating, deceptive content, or regulated healthcare review automation.

Automated activity

You control automation settings. Negative-review approvals are enabled by default. If you enable a holding reply, you acknowledge that the approved template may post after the selected delay unless you intervene; this feature is unavailable for regulated categories.

Data processing

The customer remains responsible for lawful collection and instruction of business-profile data. Where Reply Pilots processes personal data for the customer, the customer Data Processing Addendum applies. Reply Pilots may use subprocessors under written agreements and appropriate safeguards.

Fees and billing

Paid plans, tax treatment, invoicing, refunds, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in an order form. Test-mode and trial access do not constitute an offer for paid service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law or platform rules, or address misuse. Either party may terminate according to its order form. On termination, data handling follows the applicable Data Processing Addendum and retention requirements.
