Last updated: 22 July 2026. This notice explains how Reply Pilots handles personal data in connection with our services for UAE businesses.
What we collect
We process account details such as your name, work email, role, organization name, billing details and consent choices. When you connect a Google Business Profile, we also process location details, review content, reviewer display names, ratings, reply drafts, posts, and related performance data.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide Reply Pilots, secure accounts, connect and operate your Google Business Profile, create the reports and notifications you request, support you, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data or generate fake reviews.
Our role
For your Reply Pilots account, subscriptions, and direct communications, Reply Pilots acts as a controller. For review and business-profile data that we process on behalf of a customer, that customer is generally the controller and Reply Pilots acts on its documented instructions as a processor.
Service providers and international transfers
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the service, including Google Business Profile connection services, payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and AI services. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside the UAE. We use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to those transfers and maintain a current subprocessor list on request.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, least-privilege permissions, and vendor due diligence. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
You can update account settings, withdraw optional marketing consent, request a copy of your data, or request deletion through the product where available. For data we process for a business customer, we may direct your request to that customer. Some information must be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or contractual reasons.
