- Is my data secure?

- What data do you access from my Google account?
- We only access your Google Business Profile reviews and basic profile information. We do not access your email, Drive, or any other Google services. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

- Currently, Reply Pilots supports English and Arabic with automatic language detection. When a review is written in Arabic, the AI responds in Arabic (with proper RTL formatting). More languages are planned for 2025.

- No. Negative reviews (1-3 stars) are flagged and placed in your approval queue. The AI drafts a reply, but you have full control to edit or approve before it goes live. This ensures sensitive situations are handled with care.
- How fast does the AI respond to new reviews?
- Reply Pilots checks for new reviews every few minutes. Once detected, a reply draft is generated within seconds. For positive reviews with auto-publish enabled, the reply appears on Google within minutes.
- Can I customize the tone of AI replies?
- Yes. You can configure the reply style (formal, friendly, casual) and provide specific guidelines or keywords you want included. The AI adapts to your brand voice.
- What happens during the free trial?
- You get full access to all features for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account is paused but data is kept for 30 days.
- Can I manage multiple locations?
- Yes. The Growth plan supports up to 3 locations and the Agency plan supports up to 10. Each location gets its own settings, reply style, and performance tracking.
